I have used these guys a couple of times now and their service amongst making the orders for what I needed has been fantastic, prompt and quick. Their prices are very competitive and timber is kept in great shape for installation. In this current climate timber is almost as scarce as gold so for World wide timber traders to deliver great products and help me on such short notice is much appreciated!! If you need any timber/products these are the guys to go to!

Awesome customer service. Great Product. Needed some timber for a new deck. Phoned and spoke to a sales rep that checked their stocks and came up with a great deal on some jarrah. Delivered to my door within a few days. Thank you.

Spoke to Jayden over the phone who was friendly and helpful, then when I came in, everyone was really happy to help out. If you need any advice just give them a call, go around and speak to Scotty, happy to help and very honest, no BS attitudes. Will drive down again

Dropped in to these guys to ask about a project I was considering. They were most helpful and went out of their way to discuss various products that could meet my needs and gave a multitude of free samples to test for my project. Pretty impressed with all the other stuff they had on offer as well. Big shout out to Courtney and the Veneer manager. Apologies if I spelt name wrong but according to google there are at least 9 variations on Courtney

Awesome company, really friendly staff and good quality work. They were really helpful and more than happy to help me find what I needed and what I ended up getting was exactly what I wanted and at a reasonable price as well.I would definitely recommend worldwide timber traders to anyone and everyone, I'll be using them again when I need some more good quality veneer.

I have dealt with Vanessa and Phil re price lists, current pricing (in volatile times due to material shortages) and lead times of timber and ply.Both Vanessa and Phil were magic to deal with, they clearly understand that the devil is in fact in the detail plus both took the time to listen and offer sound advice. WWTT provide 10/10 service.

Great company and great product, we purchase material from WWTT for our Caravans and never have any issues. Material is always on time and Phil and James are awesome gents and very easy to deal with.

Do not recommend this place, I have ordered some laminated boards to build a built in pantry for a client. After the order has been picked up and taken to site it came to my attention that one cut was missing. When I told the shop of the situation I was told to go and take one of the off cuts back and they can cut the piece out that was missing. However the site is 20 min away from the shop and since it wasn’t my fault that the piece was missing I asked them if they could come and pick it up themselves so I don’t loose time on site. It took them 4 days to cut the off cut to size and when I took the piece to fit it in it came to my attention that the cut was not square on two sides. After spending some time fix the problem since I couldn’t drag out work at hand I asked world wide timber to issue me with a partial refund which they agreed to but never transferred the credit over to the given bank account .
